Charles “Chuck” Smith
Physiotherapist (Retired June 2019)
Chuck is a born and raised resident of Windsor and one of the members of the large ‘Smith’ family of the Riverside area. He is a graduate of Riverside High School and the University of Windsor Human Kinetics Program. A life-long avid sports enthusiast, Chuck participated in many sports including baseball, basketball, and football. Having suffered a sports-related injury in his youth requiring rehabilitation, a future career path to physiotherapy was realized. Chuck fulfilled his dream upon graduation from the University of Toronto Physical Therapy Program. Initially working as a staff physiotherapist at the former Grace Hospital, later he achieved his professional goal by starting a private practice clinic in 1995. With Chuck’s expertise and guidance, the clinic provided commendable physiotherapy services to the residents of the community.
In November 2018, Chuck passed the torch as clinic owner to Troy Sajatovich who conveniently named the clinic the Riverside Physiotherapy Clinic to continue on the care of the residents of the Riverside community and Greater Windsor area.
We wish Chuck a Happy Retirement!
